Customer A

A multi location customer approached SIO with a need to perform file, application, and VMware snapshots in their office headquarters in Lexington, and then replicate the VMware snapshots to a remote office for disaster recovery purposes. The customer also has a small VM (virtual machine) deployment at their remote location, which they wanted replicated back to their Lexington office. Furthermore, the customer listed a disaster recovery RTO (recovery time objective) of 48 hours.

SIO's solution was deployed, consisting of two RBA devices (replicated backup appliances), one at each location. The RBAs were configured as both Backup and Replication receivers, to provide for data protection of 30 servers locally, with data types of flat file, SQL, Exchange, and VMware .vmdk files. 15 VMware servers were replicated to the remote location, where they were restored to a VMware host, to meet the RTO objective.

Customer B

A large architecture firm needed the ability to back up two VMware hosts on premises, along with their files and applications, like MS SQL and Exchange.

SIO deployed an easy solution in the form of an onsite RBA (replicated backup appliance) with VMware support. Customer data is then replicated to SIO’s Lexington data center where the virtual machines can be restored in an emergency.

Customer C

A large health organization was referred to SIO for a cloud storage platform. They needed to store and share documents for 50 users, across all time zones in the USA.

By utilizing a dedicated SIO cloud storage platform, they are able to house their document needs in one central location, for access by all users. They utilize the various security and encryption controls to meet their HIPAA requirements.

I've used this company for over two years and have been completely satisfied with their services. They have been great to work with, and I always feel that my data is safe.
